Throughout her corporate career, Sylvia has been recognized by numerous prestigious organizations for her outstanding contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion solutions. These include lululemon athletica, Cardinal Health, Kaiser Permanente, The National Association of Women Business Owners, The Michigan Minority Business Development Council, The Great Lakes Women's Business Enterprise Council, The Western Region Minority Supplier Development Council, CORP! and Henry Ford Health. Her work has even garnered Congressional recognition from the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate, a testament to her dedication and impact.
Sylvia L. Daniels Ray is also the Principal Founder of InspireHER Community Development Corporation (InspireHER CDC), a women's empowerment 501 (c)3 non-profit organization founded to empower and inspire women to reach their fullest potential.
Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Development with a focus in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.
